Time for an update, first of two of the three boxes from my Onslaught restock order have been dispatched with the third almost ready to ship as well, so not long now before I can start replenishing the shelves.

Batch four of the strip bases sold out yesterday but good news is I have had batch five in already and they will be back up on the site as soon as I can get them bagged up.

There are a lot of new Defeat in Detail sets under development at this time including more Cybershadow infantry, new Skinners Ironclads and tank turrets, more regulars troops and some progress has been made on adding to the Eloi range. Also we have lots more 3mm sets to come and more terrain items too. For my space combat customers there are more metal ships coming over the next few months and development of a Helian faction battleship continues.

Troublemaker games plastic terrain tiles sets will also soon be back in stock with the first sets expected by month’s end. Look out for an expansion campaign to add to these launching in a few weeks.

Hope to be bringing a lot more terrain pieces to the store over the coming months but a lot will depend on if the manufacturers can supply.

I have received news that my Onslaught Miniatures re-stock order is now being readied for shipment so it should only be a matter of weeks now before it arrives. It takes on average 3 to 4 month’s from ordering to shipping of that order which is a long wait I know but that’s the nature of the game I’m afraid.

On other news the Helian fleet escort frigate is now back in stock and we have a few more new releases on the cards for this month to look forward too. The TMG plastic building sets should be back on the shelves any day now as well.

It has taken much effort but at long last I am pleased to announce the return of the plastic strip bases to stock, I have 100 packs in stock now with more to come.

Both the Helios cruiser models and the Novan fast cruiser have recently sold out, rest assured that a re-stock order was submitted several weeks ago and they should be back in stock fairly soon.

What’s happening update.

Thought i’d post a general update on just what’s happening here at vanguard minis.

First the plastic bases situation, we have now ordered production runs on both the round and strip bases and are waiting on the new casters to begin the work, I cannot give a solid ETA on delivery but we are getting there and hopefully it will not be to long before they are back in stock.

Last month I submitted a large re-stock order to Onslaught minis, this will take approximately two to three month’s to process and ship if previous orders are anything to go by.

Gothic starships, I have an order in for the Helios fleet range which is getting low in stock and I continue to progress the other ship designs we’ve been working on as well as the upgrade set for Panthera. Could be the odd surprise model coming along now and then also.

3mm, design and moulding continues for the 3mm range we have a few items to add to the Elites forces, a bunch more tanks for the Regulars and the Skinners army has started moulding too. More news on these as castings start arriving.

6mm, serveral re-stock orders in for my Defeat in Detail line including several items now out of stock. We have a few more Cybershadows releases coming this month and a new light gunship for the Elites is in the works. Lots more planned for 6mm this year so plenty to look forward too.

15mm, I believe there are a few more items at various stages of progress from Troublemaker Games and I have an order in to get those skinners wheeled trucks back in stock, apparently there is a delay at the casters on those.

Likewise certain of the TMG plastic building sets will get replenished as the new casters gear up and prepare the moulds for production on their machines, keep an eye out for a campaign to expand this range in the near future.

I also have a few more terrain items in the works and hope to be stocking those resin buildings from Gregster’s Labs last funding campaign as soon as they can be supplied.
