Layed up

Hi people just to let you all know there will be delays to this weeks dispatches due to me being layed up with a very bad stomach, i’m feeling a lot better today so will try to get orders picked and packed. Posting will be as soon as I feel confident in going to the post office if you get my meaning.

Sorry for the delay everyone, regards John

Battlescene Designs

Due to life issues for the owner and a broken cutter that has just been fixed my battlescene scenery order is way behind schedule and will not be in for a little while yet, rest assured they will be in store eventually alongside more acrylic strip bases.

The Pyrkol gaming markers have just arrived and will be released shortly, I like them very colourful.

One other thing i’m waiting on information from the casters before I can submit a defeat in detail top up order so a few items are going out of stock. Hopefully things will be sorted soon and I can get an order submitted to re-stock these items. Please subscribe to any models you are waiting on so that you are informed once they are again available, cheers.

Defeat in Detail

After a lengthy negotiation period and the exchange of a large sum of money I am pleased to announce that the defeat in detail range of models formerly of Troublemaker Games fame are now owned my yours truly as of yesterday evening. This means they are now an in house product for vanguard miniatures and that I will be able to keep this range available indefinately. I have several plans for this range including army deals and the like and hope to start adding additional models at a later date. Oh the round plastic bases and a few other items have also been included in this business deal too so availability should be fairly good on these products also.

Onslaught inventory update

Added all of the latest batch of onslaught stock to the store so I have everything back in stock again, well at least for a little while anyway. The price rises for onslaught’s ranges are now in effect, the continued strong dollar against the pound has been the cause here and i’ve compromised on the actual prices charged to keep the cost to customers as low as is practicable and keep steady stable prices. So although the prices have gone up they are still lower than they should  be.

Dispatched another 20+ parcels today with most of the onslaught backorders included. First batch of Battlescene buildings should be here soon there has been a delay on these due to illness and a broken laser cutter.

They are here

My latest Onslaught shipment has arrived a day early, this batch is mostly infantry oriented and i’ll be sorting through it and packing those remaining backorders for shipping by the end of the week. Once that’s sorted the store will be updated with all the new arrivals.

On a less palatable note the onslaught range will see a slight increase in prices starting during this week it shouldn’t be to much only pence (which does mount up over hundreds of packs) but the strong dollar to the pound exchange rate means I need to adjust prices to reflect what i’m buying them in at now. So if you want to take advantage of the current prices you best do so very soon. This is the problem with importing from outside the EU every order I make from the states is at a different exchange rate. It goes up and down on a daily bases so I need to factor that in when ordering and also when tweaking the prices in store. Anyway i’ll be averaging out prices so that they will remain stable for as long as possible.

Sorry about this people but I need to keep imports viable for the business.
